Patch testing
Patch testing is required for all new clients at least 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals  
In order to respect the time of both myself and my clients, I ask everyone to arrive on time to their appointment. I understand that things happen and that people may be running late to their appointments however, if a client is more than 15 minutes late they will be imposted with a £10 late fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled.

Late cancellations
I understand that emergencies happen and people may need to reschedule. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours will be added with a £10 cancellation fee.

No shows
In the case that a client does simply not show up to their appointment, a £10 fee will be taken  and the full treatment must be paid before they would like to book again.

Customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not content with your treatment, please let me know within 48 hours. I will do my best to correct any errors and if there is a fault on my side, a full refund will be offered.
